Gurasa
Gurasa burodi ne na gida wanda ya samo asali daga Arewacin Najeriya, musamman jihar Kano . Yana kama da burodi sai dai kullu ya fi sauƙi. Ana cin wannan burodin na gida don karin kumallo, ko abincin rana, ko kuma a matsayin abun ciye-ciye. [1] [2] [3]

Gurasa na iya zama nau'in gida ko na musamman. Nau'in na al'ada shine nau'in gida yayin da nau'in na musamman ana yin shi ta hanyar ƙara wasu kayan yaji da kayan ado. Nau'in na musamman ya fi na gida tsada.[1][2
