Vilia is an enemy in the Advance and 2014 Matrix Software versions of Final Fantasy VI, a likely callback to the enemy from Final Fantasy V.
She uses Overture and Entice to confuse party members to attack each other, and otherwise casts level three elemental spells. She should be taken out first, as she can quickly cripple the party with Entice.
