"Sunrise" (千年の暁 ～朱雀征魂戦～, Sennen no Akatoki ~Suzaku Seikonsen~?, lit. Millennium Sunrise ~Vermilion Bird Spirit Battle~) is the boss theme of Suzaku from Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood.
It was composed and arranged by Masayoshi Soken and the lyrics were written by Natsuko Ishikawa, Tomohiro Kawasaki, and Michael-Christopher Koji Fox. The vocals were provided by Suzaku's Japanese voice actress Yoshino Nanjo and Soken.

"Sunrise" plays as the boss theme against Suzaku during the third phase in 
Hells' Kier. It is track 12 on the Shadowbringers: Final Fantasy XIV Original Soundtrack.
Composition[]
The Japanese portion of the song is being sung by Suzaku and is told from the character's point of view. While the first half is about her memories with Tenzen, the second is about her emotions after losing him.
Tenzen's reply to Suzaku are sung in English and he explains that he sacrificed himself for the people, and how sorry he is that his sacrifice saddened her, but assures her "we will meet again."[1][2]
