Natsuko Ishikawa is a Japanese writer working for Square Enix. Originally brought on as additional staff for the writing team of the relaunched Final Fantasy XIV, she has been co-lead writer for the game since its Stormblood expansion, becoming the main lead in Shadowbringers.

Prior to becoming the main scenario writer for Shadowbringers, Ishikawa contributed to the following questlines[1]:
- Main Scenario: patch 2.0 (Coerthas Central Highlands arc), patches 3.2 and 3.4, patch 4.0 (Doman arc)
- Raids: The Binding Coil of Bahamut, The Crystal Tower, Omega
- Classes and Jobs: Rogue, Alchemist (up to level 50), Dark Knight
In addition to scenario writing, Ishikawa co-wrote the lyrics of "Wayward Daughter" and "Sunrise". She also translated lyrics into Japanese for songs such as "Tomorrow and Tomorrow", "To the Edge", "Endwalker", "Close in the Distance", and "Flow".
