Not allcaps, but often with an initial uppercase, Phy, as an abbreviation of the brand name Physeptone. Examples: [1], [2], [3], [4], [5]. I notice a preponderance of Irish sources.  --Lambiam 13:03, 11 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
