- A brown pill used in traditional Tibetan medicine "to counteract inflammation, alleviate pain and relieve rheumatic condition, in the treatment of tonsillitis, pharyngitis, influenza, anthrax, rheumatic arthritis, neuralgia, gastralgia and toothache".
