This university official website homepage also says Khulna Medical University is the common name.[2]

• Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Prayagraj → Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad (currently a redirect back to Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Prayagraj) (move · discuss) – At offical website ( https://www.mnnit.ac.in/ ) and everywhere elese it still has "Allahabad" in name, which is not replased by Prayagraj but Prayagraj is added after Allahabad as city name.   I don't follow that logic at all...   @Primergrey: You haven't provided any reason to believe that this phrase isn't "consistently capitalized in a substantial majority of independent, reliable sources" (MOS:CAPS). A Google Ngrams search suggests that it likely is. This move is potentially controversial, so it would require a requested-move discussion. If you decide to open one, I would urge you to explain why you believe the standard of MOS:CAPS is not met. You can remove this request after opening a discussion (or if you do not want to continue).
