WP:NHC quite cleary states 'Consensus is not determined by counting heads or counting votes', yet that is all you appear to have done based on your close reason. Per WP:RMNAC, you can request a technical move request at WP:RMTR if you don't have the permissions to perform the move, which you haven't done as far as I can see. I saw that you reverted my changes on the Eitzen, MN page. I appreciate that you are making sure that the page is maintained properly. I also know that I have not made any Wikipedia edits for a very long time, and at this point, I guess I don't really know how to go about it. However, the portion on my town's page in regards to a 2020 incident, in my opinion, is not worthy of being in 'history'.
