Weak Keep: I was able to find a bbc article on the subject and other articles [1] republished by xinhua. Probably meets GNG and WP:BASIC. There are lots of Phoenix Television sources online but they probably are not considered independent sources Justi yaya 08:52, 26 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
