Hungarian place stubs...
[edit]Thank you, your contributions are noted and welcomed.
It is however politely suggested that you include slightly more about the place in the stubs you are creating. You may wish to read WP:STUB for advice. ShakespeareFan00 09:09, 10 May 2007 (UTC)

External links section
[edit]Hi, typically the external links section is a level 2 heading with ==. You may wish to use that for new stubs that you are creating. enochlau (talk) 12:22, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
Odd edit
[edit]([1]) What happened? --Dweller 15:31, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
- It was a mistake, this village in fact doesn't exist in this form. Please delete. Weekshigh 15:33, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
- OK. I thought so, but wanted to be sure before I hit delete. As it happens, someone beat me to it. There's virtually no backlog at CAT:CSD right now... --Dweller 15:40, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
Broken redirect
[edit]Mihalyi is now a redirect to Mihalyi. From looking at your contribution history, I guess that you were trying to redirect it to a similar spelling that includes diacritics, but I can't tell which letter needs to be changed to make it work. It would be appreciated if you could fix this. --Russ (talk) 16:06, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
Thank you for the information, I redirected this page to Mihályi. Weekshigh 16:11, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
- One more; Szabadbattyan is a redirect to itself. --Russ (talk) 16:27, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
Nice Work
[edit]...on the Hungarian geo stubs. You've been very busy! István 16:30, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
I fixed some minor errors with this article. I noticed that one of the photos was deleted. It seems to be on the Hungarian Wikipedia article http://hu.wikipedia.org/wiki/K%C5%91v%C3%A1g%C3%B3%C3%B6rs You may wish to copy it over to the English Wikipedia, since it seems to have a license allowing use if credited. However, since I don't read Hungarian, I can not know for sure, nor can I put in the proper information to prevent it from being deleted again. Just letting you know in case you want to do this. Thank you. Fanra 13:49, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
Another editor has added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Dörgicse, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. The article Kispirit has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- LIttle to no content, no references, not notable.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Throwaway85 (talk) 11:32, 11 January 2010 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Dédestapolcsány
[edit]A tag has been placed on Dédestapolcsány requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Speedy deletion nomination of Bajót
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Bajót requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article has never existed, has been deleted or is eligible for deletion itself. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
