I am a librarian dedicated to all things open access. While I edit Wikipedia, the majority of my efforts go to facilitating and promoting marginalized peoples on Wikipedia, both in the content of its articles and in its community of editors. I regularly schedule edit-a-thons and I am the recent past president of Wikimedia NYC, having joined the Board in 2015. Previously, I served as the founding project coordinator for Wikipedia related activities at Barnard College and a founding member of the Wikimedia and Libraries User Group.
