Biography
[edit]You'll ussually find me editing or talking about armored warfare on Wikipedia, which is my prime interest. I've studied tanks for about 2 years in school, so they are one of my prime knowledges. I've been around tanks ever since I was a teenager, and have had interest in them since. I wouldn't worry about me being biased on military power, in fact I think with the counters and meausures in MBTs today, all third generation main battle tanks are equal in power to eachother according to enviornment and setting. So for example, the T90 has the potential of beating an M1 Abrams. However, I'm glad to be on Wikipedia, most military forums I have been on are filled with extremely biased Russians, Germans, and Americans. And it's nice to be on a neutral site. I've also began a wikia called armored fighting vehicles wiki. I created it after a local administrator abandoned tankpedia, another wiki. Currently I'm writing extensive articles on Modern Main Battle tanks for the site. If you would like to help out, go to http://armouredfightingvehicle.wikia.com/wiki/Armored_Fighting_Vehicle_Wiki It would be a real help. I'm also a furry if that articulates any bias.
Tank experience
[edit]I currently live within the Seattle area of Washington state, and I am planning to visit the Fort Lewis military museum as soon as it reopens. It contains one of the few remaining M103 US heavy tanks. I have also visited the Evergreen Aviation Museum in McMinnville, Oregon which contains the famous Spruce Goose. In the back of the museum you can find several soviet armored fighting vehicles, including a T-64(?)
