I am not saying that this template is a bad idea, but I have to ask why the arbitrary start and end dates? There were browsers before 1997 (see Lynx (web browser) - 1992) and of course many new ones since 2006 (see Google Chrome - 2008). If this gets sent to TFD this will be the biggest issue raised. - Ahunt (talk) 10:39, 25 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
