Why was this plane sent as a replacement Air Force One when Clinton's SAM 27000 got stuck in the mud? Where were the two Boeings 747? Why was Clinton flying in SAM 27000?

The above is in error .. SAM 26000 was the aircraft that got stuck in the mud in Champaign, Illinois not one of the VC-25's (747) used by The Clinton Administration as the Primary Air Force One Aircraft.

The primary passenger for the aircraft was Mrs. Clinton - not the president. She was there to speak at the University of Illinois commencement.
