UniTeam Alliance → UniTeam – I tried Google News search to find articles that use the term "UniTeam Alliance" (both words on that order). On the first page, there was just two of tem, this and this, and both decapitalize "alliance", making it like an adjective instead of a part of a proper name. This means that the actual predominantly used name is "UniTeam", with "Team" already denoting a group of people, so "Team" and "Alliance" together sounds redundant.
