I think there were three more judges that sat on this case at the appellate level (total 5). Could somebody with ready access to the relevant UK reports check that? By the way, Baron Parke was the trial judge and he ruled the opposite way at trial than he did on appeal. Thx. PraeceptorIP (talk) 15:30, 4 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Baron Parke said: "In the case of Neilson v. Harford, at the request of my Lord Abinger, I proceed to deliver his Lordship’s judgment, and that of the rest of the Court, on this question." Who is Abinger?
