Draft:Jim Strong (Artist and Musician)
Submission declined on 13 December 2024 by BuySomeApples (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of music-related topics). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Jim Strong is an American noise musician, visual artist and former adult film actor.
His body of work spans painting, sculpture, musical instrument invention, performance, writing and publishing, creating works which draw on the sacred and the absurd. The work is grounded in patience and long study of the effects of materials and phenomena.
His work as a writer and researcher has brought him to the study of religious antinomianism, spiritual anarchisms,.[1]
As a musician, he has collaborated with Weyes Blood, Al Margolis (If, Bwana), Daniel Fishkin and been in countless bands including Builtbyscriabin, Melkings, Eyes of the Amaryllis, Saggy, and Weyes Blood.[2]
