- Editor interaction utility
The similarity of the odd usernames first struck me, then the odd interactions on obscure articles. AnnaPaw and named master have interacted together on Errol Damelin, Frederick Achom, and James S.C. Chao and Olive. Perhaps the most striking interaction is this addition of exactly the same phrase "Sometimes, the olives are lightly cracked with a hammer or a stone to trigger fermentation": AnnaPaw and Reuvengrish. ShapLisa and named master have interacted together on Suleyman Kerimov, Suleyman Kerimov Foundation, and Frederick Achom. Webgrasp and named master have interacted together on Suleyman Kerimov and Banc De Binary. Maybe their most striking interaction is the addition to the Suleyman Kerimov#Uralkali section here and here.
These users are also involved in deleted/recreated articles with slightly different capitalization, a hallmark of sockish behavior.
- One Hour Translation (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) — 13:02, 22 December 2012 RHaworth (talk | contribs) deleted page One Hour Translation (G5: Creation by a banned or blocked user (Morning277) in violation of ban or block)
- One hour translation (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) — (re)created by HelenBay 1 September 2013
- Banc de Binary (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) — created by Reuvengrish, see User talk:Orangemike/Archive 22#Bank De Binary 16 December 2012
- Banc De Binary (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) — created by Scubadoofeck, a blocked Morning277 sock, 3 May 2013
The appearance of the account Morning277 above is suggestive of some kind of evildoing, but not evidence that that user is directly involved in this case (I think he is not due to linguistic clues).
AnnaPaw and HelenBay have also commented or !voted in favor of keeping One hour translation ([1], [2]), an article created (under different capitalization) by Morning277 in response to an Elance ad, which is concerning. I can provide the Elance evidence to clerk functionary team on request; the AfD debate has a similar comment from another editor not a party to this SPI. Brianhe (talk) 00:09, 28 May 2015 (UTC)
Another note, Talk:One hour translation#History note documents some weirdness here, with yet another account involved; it looks like his sandbox was used as a holding area prior to HelenBay creating via cut/paste on 1 September 2013. It's hard to say if this other account is a sock(master) or just involved in some commercial way. — Brianhe (talk) 00:41, 28 May 2015 (UTC)

edit- The CU was hampered for two reasons. First, there is very little non-stale data to check. Second, the accounts often used probable web hosts or other kinds of hosts in which actual locations may be different.

- Behavioural evidence needs evaluation.--Bbb23 (talk) 21:00, 30 May 2015 (UTC)
- Administrator note I have blocked and tagged Reuvengrish, HelenBAy, AnnaPaw and ShapLisa, the latter two on behavioural evidence. The behavioural evidence against Webgrasp is much weaker, with the "most striking" interaction a year apart. Personally I expect Webgrasp is at least an undisclosed paid editor, but since they haven't edited for over a year no immediate action seems necessary. If they resume editing we may re-evaluate that account. Huon (talk) 12:46, 13 June 2015 (UTC)
