Hi. I can only assume you are referring to my image File:Airboating 1, Everglades, FL, jjron 31.03.2012.jpg. Sorry, I'm a photographer, not an airboat salesman, or airboat expert in any manner, so can't help you. Good luck with your search and business though. --jjron (talk) 13:40, 7 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Uncle, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Godfather and Godmother. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Yes, except in those cases they are not strictly disambig pages in the usual sense, so actually intended. Thanks. --jjron (talk) 13:31, 9 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

Permission for Canola Field image use

edit

Hi John,

I hope you’re well. I’m a graphic design from a design studio called Pop & Pac. The reason for my calling is because I would like to seek permission to use your image of 'Canola field in New South Wales'. I would like to use this image on a wall inside the new Bendigo hospital, as I believe it represents the story that we’re creating for the people in Victoria, in particular the Loddon Mallee region. Could you let me know if this is possible at all and if required, please contact me to discuss any thoughts?

Many thanks in advance and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards, Mauris

Hello, my name is Hayden, I am a young artist from the US, and I have a question about one of your photos I happened to use as a reference for a drawing. (the one of a falcon) I just wanted to make sure with you that my drawing wasn't too much a derivative of your work. My email is hmyers34@ivytech.edu, could I email you the question? I could fb message you if that would work better. I tried to upload the photo I had a question about but this wikipedia format is confusing. -Hayden Myers — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2602:306:37BC:52A0:12B:17D1:68DA:AC03 (talk) 16:33, 23 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Permission for use of image Camel Profile, near Silverton, NSW

edit

Hi John,

How are you? I’m a graphic designer seeking permission to use an adapted version of your image 'Camel Profile, near Silverton, NSW' for a project that is a series of 50+ cards for use in social work situations. The camel image would be used on only one of those 50+ cards, and converted to replicate a drawing or print, so would not be used in original form. The organisation is a not-for-profit/charity, but the cards would be made available for commercial sale. Could you please contact me at art@troublemag.com, and let me know if this is possible? We would be happy to credit your work if necessary and to show a proof of how the image would be used.

Many thanks in advance and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I am wondering if we edit the description from: Kirsty Broun, Australian cyclist wearing the Australian Institute of Sport team kit after placing third in the first stage of the 2010 Jayco Bay Cycling Classic. Eastern Park, Geelong, Victoria, Australia.

to; Kirsty Broun, Australian cyclist wearing the Australian Institute of Sport team kit from Scody after placing third in the first stage of the 2010 Jayco Bay Cycling Classic. Eastern Park, Geelong, Victoria, Australia.

Please let me know what you think. Looking forward to hearing from you. Have a wonderful day!

Cheers, Taylor Leong

Hi Taylor. It doesn't worry me if you edit the description, but please be aware that Wikipedia/Wikimedia should not be used for advertising or marketing purposes, e.g., as I understand it, it would be appropriate to link to a 'Scody' article on Wikipedia, but not really appropriate to link to the external Scody website in this case.
