I'm the original author of this article, and I am changing the segments that refer to the band as a "tribute band," since they've released an album and a half of their own songs, and which refer to Merle as "Merlin 'Pinky' Allin," since I've never heard (or elsewhere seen) him referred to as such. Methinks someone who doesn't like Merle is having a few yuks. I'm also removing the sentence claiming that there was another Murder Junkies in Texas in the 1980s, which as far as I'm aware is BS. 71.234.136.62 (talk) 02:50, 22 August 2008 (UTC)
