missing stays linked to Tack (sailing) why?
editThe phrase 'missing stays' is linked to the Wikipedia article on Tack (sailing). Why? There is nothing in that brief article about missing stays. I found another article that gives a brief definition of 'missing stays': an unsuccessful attempt to tack. That is in Stays (nautical). I am no sailing expert, but it is annoying to follow a link and find no reason to be reading that article, relevant to the first article.
