Future Episode

edit

In the website Discovery School Discovery launch a science contest for kids called: Discovery Channel Young Scientist Challenge.

"Various networks and corporate partners of Discovery Communications awarded special prizes to selected finalists based on their science fair projects and performances during the hands-on science challenges that took place in Washington, DC"..

One of the prizes was the Discovery Channel "Atlas" Award, won by Mackensie Quade, "Mackensie will spend 4 days in Acapulco, with the crew of Discovery Atlas, Mexico. She will receive the opportunity of a lifetime to watch 12-year old Iris Alvarez, daughter of the infamous cliff-diver known as 'The Knife' pursue her passion as she dives off the cliff 'La Quebrada.' Mackensie will attend the shoot of this amazing event in December with a parent..."

So I think "Mexico Revealed" It's for sure a future episode.

New Episodes in the USA?

Mexico, India, and South Africa appear to have been released in Asia and on the Hispanic networks...when are they coming to America? Why the delay? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.235.82.198 (talk) 20:13, 7 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

No idea. It's very, very hard to find information on Discovery Atlas. However, Mexico and India are going to be shown June 5th. From what I've seen, though, they're only going to be an hour long. Looking at Discovery's Australian site indicates that these are each two hours long in other markets. So I'd really like to know why they're edited down to half length. 24.218.218.197 (talk) 02:26, 26 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Dab on Taizhou

There are two Taizhous in China (Taizhou, Jiangsu and Taizhou, Zhejiang). Can someone figure out which one it is and disambiguate it? --Nlu (talk) 17:12, 9 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
