rudimentary knowledge and intuition

edit

Knowing how NMDA antagonists can be the optical inversion of Mu agonists and certain other factors, and my crude understanding of the two-dimensional molecular drawings. Cyclazocine seems somehow like a proper compliment (from the opioid orientation) to ketamine, maybe even R-ketamine seeing how R-ketamine, where it lacks dissociative anaesthetic (NMDA antagonism), has a hallucinatory property (to my knowledge:) that is poorly understood; for whichever reason the 2D rendering here of cyclazocine posits the most minute hunch of coming from a similar fashioning of the molecule. If anyone from a greater vantage can come away with that which has such objective similarities and where to make mention without synthesis or any else beyond NPOV etc. Nagelfar (talk) 05:09, 21 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
