Cathy Bennett (born 1973/1974)[1] is an Irish Sinn Féin politician who has been a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Cavan–Monaghan constituency since the 2024 general election.[2]

Bennett has a degree in bio-pharmaceutical science. She previously worked in a laboratory in Castleblaney and is now a theatre manager in Monaghan town.
She has been a member of Monaghan County Council for 12 years.[3]
