Rufus Jones is an English actor, voice actor, and writer. He is best known for his voice role as the Flying Scotsman in the UK/US dubs of the television series Thomas and Friends and for portraying Dunban in the video game Xenoblade Chronicles.
For Disney, he voiced Constantin, Hugo, Godfrey the Guide Dog, and Cuddles in 101 Dalmatian Street.
