"Rescue Me" is a rythm and blues song first recorded and released as a single by Fontella Bass in 1965. The song was performed in 1992 film, Sister Act, during which Deloris is struggling with being a nun and all the responsibilities that comes with it.
This song was also used in the Disney On Ice show, Disney·Pixar's Toy Story 2, when the toys all ride in the airport baggage area to rescue Woody from Stinky Pete.
