"A Recipe for Adventure" is a song sung by Aunt Tilly and Sofia in the Sofia the First episode, "Great Aunt-Venture". After a Wombeast steals their apples, Sofia gives up all hope, but Aunt Tilly teaches her not to give up, and by using her thinking cap, they can find the Wombeast and their apples.
