Geograph uploads
[edit]I spotted you doing some uploads from the Geograph project. Are you using a tool for this? I have quite a few I wish to transfer and would like to semi-automate the process if possible. Lewis Collard! (lol, internet) 16:48, 18 March 2015 (UTC)
Port Talbot murals
[edit]Hi. I noticed you uploaded two murals from Port Talbot - File:Port Talbot Parkway railway station mural (1) - geograph.org.uk - 2832888.jpg and File:Port Talbot Parkway railway station mural (2) - geograph.org.uk - 2832898.jpg. Unfortunately I have had to delete these as they are copyright violations. While the Geograph image is appropriately licensed, the subject of the image is copyrighted, and Freedom of Panorama in the UK does not exempt 2D graphic works (such as murals) from copyright.
Please let me know if you have any questions about this matter. Believe me, lots of people have been tripped up by it in the past, and it is a really annoying part of copyright law. -mattbuck (Talk) 09:17, 9 October 2015 (UTC)
