Deutsch: Alexander Tuma: Die Geschichte der Kürschnerei, Verlag Alexander Tuma, Wien, 1967, S. 171: Daß dieser Pelz sich infolge seiner Weichheit in Italien großer Beliebtheit erfreute, beweist das Porträt eines Edelmannes von Alessandro Bonvicino (Spitzname Moretto) aus Brescia; der Mantel ist vollständig mit Luchs abgefüttert, besitzt einen größen Kragen und breite Ausschläge aus dem gleichen Fell. Die wohl unregelmäßigen dunklen Flecke haben einen Kunsthistoriker bewogen, den Pelz mit Hermelin, für uns aber auf den ersten Blick zu erkennen
In der Versionsgeschichte dieses Artikels ist zu sehen, dass die falsche Fellbezeichnung ursprünglich auch hier auftauchte.
