In der Gemeindelehmgrube wird eine Ziegelbahn eingerichtet, auf der die Ziegelbäcker die mit den Händen geformten Lehmkuchen zum Trocknen auslegen und dann zu einem meilerartigen Ziegelofen aufstellen. Nach dem Abbrennen brechen sie den erkalteten Ofen auf, um die Feldbrandziegel auszutun.
