@Calvinkulit: Am a firm believer that every one deserve a second chance but you had applied for the same tool on 5th September which you subsequently withdrew and were denied access to the tool. Hi @Calvinkulit: , and thanks for your request. :) Template editor right is a very sensitive right, and can cause massive damage to this project if abused or missused. Oh I am sure you won't. :) But unfortunately the others who voted above don't think so. You see what I mean. You'll need to acquire trust from the community. Many have pointed out that "you are indefinitely blocked on English Wikipedia". That is your red flag. Unfortunately, you'll get opposes like these even if you are contributing to Commons constructively at the moment. So my suggestion would be to meet the basic criteria, and continue contributing here constructively for several months (at least 6 months in my opinion). You're still adding your Template:Indefblocked-global-WPstyle even after my undo(s) explaining that proposal isn't accepted/approved yet, I'm very concerned about this. And I don't see any satisfying template editrequests from you, only importing other wiki templates here doesn't give me confidence that you understand how templates and lua modules works. You've requested template editor very quickly just after 2 badly declined requests.
