The Trinity and United States Realty Buildings are located at 111 and 115 Broadway between Cedar and Rector Streets, in the Financial District of Manhattan, New York City. Thames Street runs between the buildings, which run the full block from Broadway to Trinity Place. Both were built from 1904-07 and were designed by Francis H. Kimball with Gothic detailing to fit in with Trinity Church to their south. Both buildings were designated NYC landmarks in 1988, and both were renovated in 1988-89 by Swanke Hayden Connell.
