Funkcija
[uredi | uredi izvor]Ovaj gen kodira protein sa 3 Asn-Pro-Phe (NPF) motiva, sa SH3 domenom, PXXP motivom, bipartitnim jedarnim ciljanim signalom i mjestom fosforilacije tirozina. Ovaj protein je uključen u kargo-specifičnu kontrolu endocitoza[ posredovanik klatrinom, posebno kontrolišući internalizaciju specifičnog proteinskog receptora.[6]
