Jillian Pilones, officially called by her nickname as Jelay Pilones was a housemate on Pinoy Big Brother 8.
Jelay was among the first four potential female teen housemates introduced. Jillian became an official female teen housemate after winning the first 88 second Housemate Selection challenge against 3 fellow female potential housemates.
Before entering, she and other female housemates were tasked to wear a black bonnet and bodysuit and must be able to let the male teen housemates to guess where they are from without speaking. Whoever failed will stay in their current form until Big Brother's notice.

 Jillian, who is often called by her nickname "Jelay" is a 17 year-old Senior High School student from General Santos. Aside from studying, she also works as a singer in her parents' lounge bar. She learned singing after joining her parents on their gigs. She also has a talent in beat-boxing. Jelay is determined to reach her dreams in order to give back to her family. |

- Many of the viewers and even the hosts themselves have noticed Jelay's resemblance to Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition 1 Big Winner and Pinoy Big Brother 8 co-host, Kim Chiu back when Kim was still a teen housemate.
