Trianna was a triarch of the Free City of Volantis who lived at the end of the Century of Blood.
History
Trianna was returned four times to the office of triarch, but no woman has been elected since. She was one of the members of the elephant party that brought down tiger rule ending the old wars of the Century of Blood.[1]
Recent Events
A Dance with Dragons
In the Merchant's House the widow of the waterfront mentions the triarch Trianna to Ser Jorah Mormont and Tyrion Lannister.[1]
