Ronnel Harclay is a ranger of the Night's Watch from House Harclay.

He is fox-faced.[1]

Ronnel is among the rangers in the great ranging, the force that leaves Castle Black and the Shadow Tower in search of Benjen Stark and Mance Rayder. He survives the fight at the Fist and become the acting First Ranger, commanding the rangers after the death of Thoren Smallwood.[1]
Ronnel's fate during the mutiny at Craster's Keep is unknown, although he is not specified by Grenn as having returned to Castle Black,[2] and Black Jack Bulwer later replaces him as First Ranger,[3] making it likely he was slain during the mutiny.
