Sneaky Elixirs are Items in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.[1]

By drinking Sneaky Elixirs, Link can receive a boost to his Stealth.[1] They'll calm his nerves and silence his footfalls, and he'll be able to move undetected amongst monsters and animals.[1]
