Hyrule Compendium Entry
Lizal Forked Boomerangs are Weapons favored by Blue Lizalfos.[1] This is common among pieces of Lizalfos Gear, an equipment archetype that includes all Weapons created and utilized by Lizalfos.[3] They are also used by some Fire-Breath Lizalfos, Ice-Breath Lizalfos, and Electric Lizalfos. They have one more blade than a regular Lizal Boomerang, but they are still capable of returning when thrown.[1] Therefore, Link should make sure to catch any thrown Lizal Forked Boomerangs before they hit him. They are commonly found in Lizalfos Monster Strongholds in the Gerudo Desert and the Tabantha Frontier.
Since they are made of metal, Lizal Forked Boomerangs will attract Lightning and therefore can be dangerous to equip during Thunderstorms. This also means that they are capable of conducting Electricity. In addition, Lizal Forked Boomerangs can be picked up using the Magnesis Rune, but they sink when they are dropped in Water. Finally, they will not burn when exposed to Fire or a Scorching Climate.
