19:20 NST: In Taipei, GBS News reporter Cat Grant covers the peace talks between Singh Manh Li of North Rhelasia and Tseng of South Rhelasia, who have requested an independent arbitrator. Red Arrow is present, tailing the assassin Cheshire. As the mysterious arbitrator arrives, Cheshire attempts to blow up his car, but Red Arrow stops her. Cheshire and Red Arrow fight, and Cheshire is arrested by Taipei Police. The mysterious arbitrator is revealed to be Lex Luthor.[2]
07:58 EDT: Megan and Conner arrive at school. Conner almost picks a fight with a skateboarding kid, Marvin White, and Megan is invited to cheerleading tryouts by Wendy Harris.[2]
