Interpol agent King Faraday confronted Jack Haly about an international string of technology thefts coinciding with dates of the Haly International Traveling Circus's European tour. Faraday strongly suspected Haly.[1]

After being caught by the Team, Parasite was arrested for the thefts by Faraday, who came prepared with an inhibitor collar.[1]
