Timothy Flowers was born in Kenilworth, Warwickshire on March 3rd 1967.

He began his career as a Goalkeeper with Wolverhampton Wanderers in 1984 before playing for Southampton F.C., Swindon Town, Blackburn Rovers, Leicester City, Stockport County and Coventry City. Making 500 League appearances.

He was transfered from Southampton to Blackburn Rovers in 1993 for £ 2.4 million to be the most expensive goalkeeper in England. Whilst won a Premiership medal with Blackburn in 1995.
