MY TERMS OF USE/Angel Policy
My works are intended for your use in OOAK (One-Of-A-Kind) handmade papercrafts. You are not permitted to redistribute or publish any of my illustrations (including copying, lending, duplicating, sharing, swapping, reselling or putting online -- except for as demonstration photos of your finished project.)
Please watermark all photos with your name, for my copyright safety as well as your own.
No products using digital or mechanical reproduction of my images are permitted. That also means no digital coloring to print out multiple colored images -- this is not considered OOAK (One of a Kind)
This limited commercial license is only for sales of handmade OOAK cards COLORED BY THE CUSTOMER, and projects where my image is an element. Absolutely no sales of "Framed colored images" or unembellished toppers. (A topper may be sold if it is significantly embellished.) PRE-COLORED images are for personal use only, and projects using PRE-COLORED images may not be sold. If you have questions about whether the product you're creating falls within my permissions, please email me with an example I can see, at: mo@mosdigitalpencil.com
My images may not be turned into files for embroidery or needlework patterns.
My rubber stamps are separate items and the prints using them may not be digitized for use. If you want a digital version, you must purchase that separately from my Digital shop.

Images you have purchased from me, whether digital or printed may ABSOLUTELY NOT be sold, traded, swapped, emailed to a third party or uploaded to the Internet. Please remember that sharing is stealing, and it's very hard to make a living as an artist. If you teaching a coloring class in a brick and mortar shop, and wish to use one of my images in your classroom with your students, you must email me for permission at Mo@mosdigitalpencil.com

ADDITIONAL INFO
This license gives you permission to make and sell individually (handmade and hand-colored) OOAK finished cards that you create using MJM illustrations.
Please keep my illustration copyright mark visible somewhere on the piece (alongside the art if possible, but on the back is okay)
Regarding the use of MERGED IMAGES: MJM images may only be merged with other MJM images unless you email me for special permission.
