Only in Atlantic city could this film win a positive award

I thought this was a comedic parody of a few serial killer movies put together. I was wrong. This film was shooting for horror/thriller, it missed on both counts. Cheesy dialogue, cheesy acting, you're definitely going to need a great deal of alcohol to was away the taste of this "film".
