In an interview with Tucker Carlson, Gina Carano reveals that this was shot in Montana on a budget of $2 million.

Goofs
Several times in the movie the cast leaves the cabin and the door OPENS OUTWARD. When the gang attacks the cabin, Gina's character and her son lays a dresser in front of the door to block their access. This would only work if the door open into the cabin. At one point the gang tried to kick the door in as well.

Could have been so much better

I love westerns and wanted to love this one but, like the previous film Shut In, there are just far too many stupid choices and, in this case, bad shots, So many bullets fired, so few targets hit. Frustrating.
