(at around 29 mins) When Proctor tries to pull Harris back up into the window washing compartment, Harris grabs onto Proctor's trouser leg. In one shot, you can see Proctor already down to his boxers, before the trouser rip actually happens.
(at around 13 mins) In the first briefing scene, Hightower rigs a wooden chair in front of him so that it breaks when Harris sits on it. The chair is seen to completely collapse. Then when we cut to Hightower again, the chair is intact in front of him. It cuts to a wide shot and the chair is broken again.
(at around 1h 6 mins) Jump cut visible when Tackleberry swings the rope around his head and throws it at Ace.
(at around 29 mins) When rescuing Harris from falling off the window washer's platform, Proctor goes from straddling the guard rail, then he is leaning over the guard rail with both legs on one side of the guard rail, then he is straddling it again.
At 59 minutes and 45 seconds, Jones dives into a roll on the ground, getting the back of his uniform dirty.
In the next shot, his uniform is clean.
Nick and Jones enter the comedy club during the blackout to which Jones decides to entertain the crowd. He's clearly shown using the microphone in the club which shouldn't be working still during the blackout.
(at around 1h 2 mins) In the warehouse, as Jones nails Flash with a jumping kick, a mattress is briefly visible at the bottom of the screen when Flash lands.
(at around 8 mins) The fire hydrant that Hooks is resting her foot on while writing a ticket wobbles.
When they show the underside of the armored truck and harris running you can clearly see that the tires are not rotating which means the armored truck is not moving.
(at around 23 mins) The face of Proctor's stunt double can be seen during the window washing scene, when Proctor falls back against the railing, knocking the bucket over the ledge.
The writing on internal precinct doors, transformer boxes in the mastermind's lair, and a sign on the bus depot fence are all hand painted in the exact same style and font.
When Harris is sitting down on the glue-covered chair, the glue sound effect (supposedly coming from the chair) is clearly being made by actor Michael Winslow behind him, who is puffing his cheek at the time of the sound effect.
When Jones is pretending to be a robot, a number of the sound effects he is supposedly making could not have come from him. Some of the mechanical sound effects can be heard while Jones is making his own vocal sound effects. As good of a sound man Michael Winslow is, he cannot possibly make two separate noises with his voice at the same time.
At 30:46 the red armored car is shown with an actual armored car company name above the cab "Dunbar Armored". Later shots show "Scanlon Armored Express"
The game boy the anchorman is using at the start of the movie clearly has no game cartridge in it.
(at around 41 mins) When the gang members are surrounded in the convertible, Ox says "Oh, crapola!", but his mouth does not move.
(at around 57 mins) Nick is heard saying, "The Wilson Heights gang. They're getting away." However, his lips say, "The Wilson Heights gang is down there."
(at around 1h 5 mins) When Tackleberry shoots "Have a nice day" on the wall, gunfire is not heard while the second 'A' is being crossed with bullet holes.
(at around 1h 6 mins) When Nick Lassard walks in the sewers, the sound heard is that of wood, not concrete.
