During the Tucson Rodeo sequence, bull rider Chuck Peterson starts off holding onto the bull with his right hand, but after a scene change, he's holding on with his left hand just before he is thrown.
Wes jumps from Jeep to shake Jeffs hand at the wooden gate then cuts to Louise who remained in Jeep. Reflection of Jeff and Wes on windscreen shaking hands should show reversed as it's a reflection of the gate scene but it does not.
During the party, Booker is on the floor next to a tub of ice and beer. He grabs a beer and is opening it when the scene cuts, and he's being handed a cocktail in a glass.
Having gotten the pot roast off the stove earlier, Jeff squats down, opens the oven door part-way, and grabs a towel to get the vegetables out. The scene abruptly cuts from a view of both Jeff and Louise to a closeup of Jeff, and his hand is already in the oven. When he pulls the dish out of the oven, there is no towel in his hand.
Throwing dice scene. Scar on Berts face alternates from mildly damaged to fully damaged to almost unnoticeable damaged especially after the pitch fork's pulled on him.
Directly after the ride by Jeff McCloud, the rodeo announcer introduces the next rider as hailing from "Big Springs, Texas". He even announces the town name twice - before and after the ride. In reality, there is no "s" at the end of the second word - the town is "Big Spring".
The dates for the film's penultimate rodeo are advertised as being Friday through Sunday, but in the year of the calendar dates shown, the advertised dates were Thursday through Saturday.
When Jeff reaches into the supposedly warm oven to get the vegetables for his pot roast, he handles the dishes barehanded without wincing. Obviously the oven was cold and was not just used to cook the pot roast.
