Sean was born in Langley, British Columbia and grew up in Saskatchewan and Toronto, the youngest of three very tall brothers raised by a single mother in a very small house - no doubt this sowed the seeds for his comedy chops. He attended Toronto's public and inclusive Rosedale Heights School of the Arts, where he starred in their main stage production as the rakish Tom Jones, winning the Drama Award in his senior year. Determined to study acting in the UK, he spent the year after graduation earning his tuition as the roadie for French blues band Jersey Julie. Touring across Europe, he became far more bilingual than Canadian school French classes could ever manage, jammed with the band, and had his shoes stolen by a fox in Italy. Sean studied drama at London's Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance. It was great training that left him equally happy on screen or on the stage, where his credits include Tom in Dogville at the Stratford Arts Centre and Laurie in Little Women at the Space Theatre on London's Isle of Dogs. Sean is a regular on the comedy improv stage and at music venues with south London indie funk band Nova Scotia. A talented singer and multi-instrumentalist, Sean also writes and produces music, including an original song for the award-winning short film On Island West, in which he also starred.
