Arthur J. Balfour

Nephew of the 3rd Marquess of Salisbury and he was created the 1st Earl of Balfour. His 'Balfour Declaration' set up the British Mandate, which helped to create the State of Israel in 1948.
The first Prime Minister to own a car.
British statesman; Prime Minister 1902-1905.
His interests were music and philosophy.
