This book was so good! I’m so glad I grabbed it from the thrift store, despite knowing nothing about it.

This book had a lot of good plot twists and intrigue and surprising moments. I really liked Zac. A man who claims he’s never getting tied down is nothing new, but I like that when Zac figured out how he felt about Hannah (which was pretty damn quick) he was all in with her. He didn’t shy away from the relationship.

I really like that Hannah was the federal agent, and a bad ass in her own right (though I do wish we would have gotten to SEE her be an agent more. That storyline got a little lost about halfway through.)

Also, Zac and Hannah were HOT together. They had amazing chemistry the whole way through. And I love the cast of side characters. They both had friends and family and significant relationships outside of the romance.

I will admit it got a little… weird and rushed towards the end. There were a few times jumps that made things confusing and overall I think just could have been slowed down a little.

But definitely still a great book.
