Playing with Fire (Skulduggery Pleasant, #2)

Once again, good for the right age. I was a bit bored reading this book.
The new enemy, Baron Vengeous, is a typical villain, who is oh-so-bad, Val is good and Skulduggery... well, has a portion of secrets.
The thing I like about the story is the names, so carefully picked and totally suitable. The narration is also fast and good, very suitable for the story as the events have to unravel fast, otherwise it's going to be too boring.
I can also clearly see why the book is nice for children, where the twists will be interesting and unexpected. Though for me they were too predictable and not so much fun.
I wonder how the line with Val's reflection is going to develop as it becomes something more than just a thing with no feelings.
